++ Easy Appointment Scheduling. ++ Zero wait time on the day of visit. They even had a welcome note at the reception for the new patients. All staffs were personable individuals that's gets on well with my queries. ++ Doctors Brenda at this facility is a highly dedicated and thoughtful individuals along with impeccable interpersonal and communication skills which allowed me to connect with her easily. PS : Unlike regular DENTAL/orthodontics facility they'll NEVER force you to get things done if you're not comfortable psychologically or financially.

Just started as a patient with Arbor Oaks after I had an emergency appointment. They were fantastic, got me scheduled with a specialist to get a root canal, and immediately brought be back for crowns. Everyone there is especially nice and welcoming, and Dr. Brawner was awesome (even let me see my crowns being made in house which was super cool!). Cleaning was simple, didn't hurt and (Brenda?) was extremely lovely. As someone who struggled with anxiety, I felt safe and welcome. They held my hand a lot with the next steps, which I personally enjoyed. Highly recommend.
